Appliance cart did not work so paid for nothing. Truck starter difficult to engage so thought couple times would not start, but did eventually. Lastly, we called to return late and were told have to drop off in morning and get charged another full day, then in morning were told could've dropped it off last night since do remote. We did not ask for this location, got switched and given lower mileage rate difference in location but not time extension.

This week s a new Uhaul dealer and I agreed to switch from the very large and helpful Uhaul depot to this new location. No one was there to meet me as promised. It was at a tow yard where I watched a drug exchange go down and it took three phone calls to get customer service who just kept telling me to use the app which was not working. Awful awful awful!!! This is not the kind of stress anyone needs on moving day and NOT the experience I have had with Uhaul several times in the past, but if this is the new way to do business - no help or live assistance I may have to consider Hertz or Enterprise in the future.

MICHAEL NThis place was sketchy. The truck was not ready. It was not checked in from the last person that had it. Our rental pick up time was 10 we did not leave there until after 11am. The green tag on the blankets was already broke off before we got it. The biggest issue is my card was charged $345.80 putting my account in the negative bc I knew it would even be $200 which it was around $170 so still waiting for that to be corrected and I better not get charged an overdraft fee for something that was not my fault. One reason I heard we got the truck late was bc the employee that did the U-Haul stuff was a half hour late which is uncalled for. I know the U-Haul employee I talked to on the phone said there was issues with the system but all my issues were not due to that. I do expect some type of response back from U-Haul.
