Simple store, very sweet customer service! Sadly the contract added on the milage coverage even though I opted out on the quote. She said she couldn’t remove this and would have to call but I went ahead and paid it. The team there even hooked the trailer up for me, I typically do it myself but they were fast and helpful.

Sharell EMake sure the fuel reading is correct before lending it out to someone. I got charged $33 for fuel that didn’t exist when I picked it up.
Brianna TThe truck smell like smoke in the cab and in the back end. Was a hard process to click on everything and the building was not open to assist. It was supposed to be a one-way pick up in Evansville drop off in Boonville but when I arrived in Boonville figured out that I had to drive it all way back to Evansville. Was very inconvenient for me.
Dorothy GThe last time, while checking a truck out, with the app, it was saying I wasn't at the location, but from my GPS and from scanning the code by the door of the building. I had to go in to have an employee process the pickup. This time, using the app was working fine. Got through most of it until I decided to hit the back button to add another photo of the truck, then it just took me back to the home page and zi could not get back to the page I was on or finish the checkout inspection. I had taken most or all of the photos. Still needed to confirm milage and fuel before taking off, but could not get back to that. Obviously, both problems in the app, not anything to do with the location, business or it's employees.

STEPHANIE EEasy to find and the person I who set up my rental was such a big help. This was my first time renting from U-Haul and the whole experience was so easy.
CANDICE PStaff was extremely helpful showing me how to set up trailer with my truck (ball, chains, wiring for lights, etc.), as this was my first experience with this type of equipment. Tires on trailer we rented were worn to the point where I was slightly uncomfortable taking it on a 180-mile trip.
LARRY MNothing I can see. The guy who set up my registration was extremely nice. My pick up location was changed to Steve Martin and Assoc. for pick up, he called me to make sure I didn’t have questions. I was notified again that my original location was now the pick up and drop off. The support team was super nice when I accidentally put in that I would be putting 700 miles on the truck and not 70. The app was a bit confusing but figured out to log out and log back in and everything was smooth after that. Then when I dropped off my hubs dropped the keys before I took a pic of the speedometer and gas level. The app helped me navigate through that mistake. The issues I had were from my lack of experience in renting a u-haul and the service team was there to help when I faltered. It has really the first time in a long time that I felt I was provided a fantastic customer service experience.
TAMELA KThe vehicle was rather dusty and had food particles on the seats, but the real issue was no wiper fluid. The windows were VERY dusty on the outside and inside, so I had to stop at a gas station to clean the outside and purchase some Windex and paper towels to clean the inside so I could travel safely.
Laura DPick up was frustrating it kept reloading starting all over
Kayla JI tried to do the check-in process on the app and it never would work. Thankfully, the business was open and were great in getting me checked out and on the road. The apps never worked for me, definitely needs fixed.

Brent MWe reserved six dozen furniture pads and they only had one dozen. They said we could go pick up at another location about ten miles away. Drove there and they didn’t have them either. Terrible. That’s the reason for the reservation

John SBe open when you tell people they have to have truck back so if there is a problem or fuel issue people can correct. We were able to verify fuel level was ok and was charged for 2 gallons at $4.25 a gallon the day after we returned truck
