The windshield was really dirty but the interior of the truck was really clean. The representative was very friendly and helpful.

Glennon FThe truck was noisy and had no leg room I’m 5-10 and it was tight. The passenger side is even smaller. The seats are not adjustable. I understand it is a re tap truck but this is bare bones. No auto locks or windows either is ridiculous. XM radio should be an option for a cross country vehicle. I understood the rental to be $1400 not $1900 plus taxes. That is expensive for a dumbed down vehicle. That said we made it safely.

ROBERT LI was not supposed to pick up at this location. It was a 10-hour drive round-trip to pick up all equipment that I asked for. Absolutely unacceptable. The truck itself just had a little mud in the cab on the driver’s side floor. Also, I asked for NO blankets and NO dolly, that means NO!! Do NOT put them in the truck! It took up room that I could’ve put my boxes/stuff in, but instead I had to fill up my car! It’s really difficult to load up a car with stuff while it’s on the Auto Transport!!
DILLON KWe ordered the truck for pick up at 8am. The mobile pick up was never set up for us and the location opens at 9am, so we had to wait to get the truck which is extremely frustrating when you have movers standing around waiting to load the truck. Also, it was very unclear where we were picking up the truck (apparently Goodway does not mean their main location), so we drove to the wrong location twice - once when we tried to pick up the truck the first time, and again when we had to come back after the truck wasn’t available. Overall, a very frustrating experience on an already stressful moving day. I will recommend other truck rentals to my local friends moving forward.

DAN SMisleading regarding doing an after-hours return. Guy on phone when booking confirmed “6hrs or 24hrs it’s the same rate” and said “dropping it off later after we close isn’t an issue, it’ll be the same price just check it in with the app”. Upon returning and checking back in via app the total was $48 as opposed to the $24 quoted originally (including insurance).

EMERSON LI ended up getting a whole other day charge because I got stuck in traffic on the freeway because of a road closure and was a couple hours late returning the trailer. I wasn’t told there would be any kind of additional charge when they told me on the phone that it was no big deal.

Lynn BI arranged for the mobile pickup at 7 a.m., but the app would not let me check in because "no equipment" had been assigned to my account. I had to return to the office at 9 a.m. when they opened. Due to this delay, I lost 2 hours of time. The truck was fine but old. The bill was higher than it was supposed to be, and the whole experience was just awful. I would not recommend using this place to anyone.

I think the guys here do an amazing job with their customer service - even when swamped, people get acknowledged and promptly served, hooked up and on the way. Thanks a bunch for making a really big move far easier by easily extending our rental and making drop off quick and painless! Also...we really love the dog! Many thanks =) TC

brian rWhen we went to pick up our trailer, it was not easily accessible and we had to dig it out of the snow ourselves. Not to mention, while we were pumping gas 1/3 of the way through our trip (300 mi), we were at a gas station to fuel up and discovered after doing an inspection of the vehicle, 3 of the 6 lug nuts were completely snapped off and the other 3 were loose. To our dismay, we were stranded in the desert for over 3 hours waiting for Uhaul roadside assistance to come up with a solution. We ended up finding a tow truck on our own and had to coordinate with uhaul roadside assistance to retrieve the broken trailer and all of its contents. We had to forfeit our reservation at our destination that evening for $500, and had to rebook a location near where we broke down for an additional cost. After this, there were a few other frustrating miscommunications with Uhaul. Ultimately, this whole experience was frightening and very dangerous, and could have been avoided with proper maintenance of the trailer.

LEE LStaff was Friendly and was very quick process. Truck was an older one (96000 miles) but made the 1400mile trek with auto hauler attached with no issues. The newer models are nicer to drive, but the truck did what was needed and overall provided a decent ride.

KRIS POn 23 Dec the office should have been open, but wasn't. The drop off area was so full I could barely get my tiny trailer in. MOSTLY the website experience absolutely sucked. Placing the reservation was fine, but after I picked up the trailer, every link emailed to me went to a "page not found". And dropping off the trailer the app could not find my GPS location even though I used GPS to find the lot. Then scanning the bar code next to the office door seemed to fail after many attempts. So the automated process of the website seems great, but the execution was terrible.

Even understaffed, the one man that helped me (Mario, I believe) over multiple days (to put the electric on my hitch, to move my appointment & to help me when I picked it up) was always so nice and friendly. He was really a pleasure and clearly works hard. He needs a holiday bonus :)
CHANTAL WI was very disappointed in the service I received at this location. I requested the 24/7 pickup and drop off option, which was not available when I arrived in the morning for my pickup. This resulted in a 30+ minute wait until the location opened. Once opened, I received my keys to the vehicle, walked to the lot, and found that the battery was dead in the truck. Another truck of its size was not available, so I was given a larger vehicle. The truck did not have a full tank of gas, was quite dirty inside, and was completely covered in snow (easy fix). I was then charged for the larger size vehicle despite clarifying with the staff that I would be charged for my original reservation.
