I dropped the trailer off after hours. Online check out was easy. It was a different location than the initially booked one. That location said 24/7 return but there was no way for a secure return. The u-Haul main support line customer service representative, I believe her name was Kara, helped me to find a location relatively nearby that accepts after hours drop off for trailers as well. Kara was very helpful and found a solution to my issue/concern.
