It was almost impossible to pick up the truck. The person on the phone was curt and not compassionate. It took over an hour to go through the 5-10 minute process because your app was not working properly. Finally she guided us back to the website where I started. Finally we got the code to open the key box. Yet the key box was so rusted it took two of us another ten minutes to get it open. Then we got to the truck and it was Filthy on the inside!!! The rep on the phone said she would immediately comp $50 and that she would escalate it to management for further compensation. SHE DID NOT DO SO. I was charged 2 days when I only needed it 1 day. When I dropped the truck off at the location it was closed so I could not put gas in. NOTE the truck Was Not Full or even close to full when I picked it up so another issue. Then UHAUL Charged me $7/gallon to top it up. PLEASE REFUND ME ALL MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!
