TONYA BWe asked to change the dropoff location when we picked up the truck. We were told we could…and she would take care of it. When it wasn’t changed in the app, we called the pickup location and asked, and were told again that it was handled…except it wasn’t. We dropped off where we were told we could, only to be charged an additional $400. We questioned and filed a dispute, they said we would not be credited the money since we dropped off in the wrong location - regardless of the fact the lady in Lockhart told us we could. We won’t use U-Haul again and won’t recommend it to anyone.
Masaru MI locked the keys in the truck by mistake. Setup roadside assistance to come unlock the door. Instead of letting me return the truck fueled up the towed it away and charged me for the fuel and the tow. Very displeased.
Timothy SPick up was transfered to a location 50 miles one way from original pick up location. I did not receive the dolly or blankets I was charged for the truck had a little over a half tank of fuel. Over-all not impressed . Hopefully I will get a refund for the dolly and blankets. Otha WI would have liked a little clearer information on the contract, as It changed verbally, but not digitally. But other then that everything else was wonderful
