Clerk was polite but untrained. I was initially told the reservation would not be available for several more hours but I refuted that. Then It took an hour to get the reservation completed, I had to scan my license multiple times, clerk had to take screen shots of my phone and required my wife's driver's license and information to rent the truck. It was very frustrating and delayed my packing and loading the truck by over an hour.
