Angela WHorrible location to drop off your rental. First the place was listed as open but no one was there to receive my Uhaul rental. Second, the phone coverage was horrible so it was impossible to return the Uhaul virtually. Third, finally contacted the personnel operating the Uhaul location and ask them verify that the vehicle was returned properly and everything was ok but NEVER received any notification for the return as well as a closeout transaction. Lastly, the location is listed as being in Cleveland, Texas but it is at least 25 miles away from the city limits. Again, my experience with this return location was horrible and frustrating. I DONT recommend any one using this location!!!
