ELIZABETH GFirst and most importantly, the man at the station was great but unfortunately had little to do with the process. When you first go to rent the UHaul it seems super easy. Until you get to the location and everything from there on out was a nightmare...Standing outside in 90 degree weather trying to take pictures of my license, the odometer, etc. Then you wait, the uhaul site is extremely slow. Then drop off happened. I didn't have my phone so the truck showed it was out for days. That took 4 phone calls to resolve. So the location was fine, Uhaul however was a nightmare.

derek mDo knot like you have to check the head lights or blinker what does that have to do with rental truck after renting it. And what happens if you get pulled over no paperwork crazy
