Keep doing what you are doing. The owner there is such a friendly nice man. Treats you like you have known him forever. This is my 2nd time renting a trailer here. I thought the first one was nice, this one was even better. Its a pleasure doing business here, if I ever need to rent one again I am going to this same location mostly because the owner there is such a good hearted gentleman. Thank you.
I do not see anything you or the owner could do to improve anything. The owner was very helpful and his demeanor towards me, someone he never met before, was great treating me like I was a repeat customer. Its very likely I will need that trailer again in a few weeks, and I definitely will go back to this location to rent one. Please thank him for his kind and great service.
Was charged a deposit even though we're paid in full but still have not had it returned.

Truck still had trash in it. When asking questions about paperwork I was ignored.
Owner was Very Friendly and helpful.
Gentleman was rude over the phone and not very pleasant to deal with.
Actually this location was the only location out of the 4 local ones that actually picked up the phone when I called and asked for information about rentals.
Tim always is very courteous and helpful. He knows how to quickly process your request and get you out the door.

This was not my drop off. 508 s Main Street Graham NC 27263 was my drop off. Complete trash! I'll never use U-Haul again because of this location!
Before giving a truck to another customer make sure the truck is clean not full of food or items left from the previous customer.

I was charged more the first time than I was told on the phone. 91.60 first payment. Then a week later, I was charged a random 20.07 that caused and overdraft fee of 36.00. then A week after the second charge I was charged again 60.27 for a second overdraft 1 day before payday. After 6 phone calls and 2 trips back to the business. They returned the 20.07 and 60.27 but I never was refunded the overdraft even though it was caused bc of uhaul taking money they were not owed. The only positive was the truck was clean and ran good.
Dropped truck off after hours, left key in drop box, easy peasy!
The entire location needs to be cleaned up to create and present a location that appeals to everyone.

Called on short notice, truck was available, checkout process was short and uhaul rental agent was extremely courteous and fast. It was one of the best experiences I have had with uhaul.

Have all locations listed. there was one location on South Main Street and I 85/40 that would have been much more convenient for us. And there would have been someone there to check in the truck instead of having to do it online.
When I returned my U-Haul to the second location, I was informed that the first location charged me an additional $40 for a fee that did not apply to my rental terms. I should note here, too, that I will likely seek an alternative to U-Haul as a whole next time I need to rent a truck or van. I was penalized for returning my rental early (by about 12 hours). That's pretty insulting and I likely won't return if I can find an alternative.

Would never use Location Assistance again!!!!!! They took my money and never showed up to complete the job!!!! Now Marcus won't answer my calls!!!! UHaul should know who they are doing business with!!!!

The check in progress kept giving me errors. I needed to pick the truck up right then instead I was on hold for thirty plus minutes. And transferred multiple times
i wanted to drop the key in the drop off box, but the box said to log on to uhaul.com/share. All the site wanted was for me to register for an account and I'm not interested in a bunch of emails. The site should let someone log on as a guest for a one-time service. Also, transmission seems to be slipping.
Office very cluttered/junky but service was good.

Nothing! It's perfect! This place is the best!!!
They didn't have the truck we ordered and once we spoke to customer service it took multiple phone calls to get our bill correct.
Tim and Graham Feed and Seed could not have been more helpful. Should we ever need to again we would go through Graham Feed and Seed to rent a U-Haul in the future.
I do not like that we rented the u-haul for 26 hours yet we were charged the full price for 48 hours. The way that it appears on the website it seems that if you have the options to select the number of hours then you would not be charged for 2 full days if you did not use the u-haul for 2 full days.
I got the truck and the gas gauge was dead on Empty, and he told me that I would get a $25 credit is I returned the truck back with 1/4 tank of fuel. When I put fuel in it $25 barely got it to 1/4 tank. When I returned a truck last month, I was a gallon low and you charged me $5. I was given a truck that was empty and don't feel like I was even compensated for having to get fuel first thing after picking it up. I am not sure $25 even got it to 1/4.
