I would like to thank Michael for all of his assistance.. he took the time to make sure I had the right truck to move my apartment as well as helped ke understand all of uhauls offers to make sure I had what I needed. Also a U-Haul at a Hotel, it's a wonderful idea and pretty business savvy on the owners part. Keep up the good work

Probably nothing I had to go about a fourth of a block out of my way because it’s a legal U-turn and too tight of a turn with traffic, So I went to the stop light and went through the nice Hyatt parking lot, as I turned saw a drug deal go down the hotel is about as filthy as could be.While I waited for guy to show me where to return the trailer I watched a guy take a hooker in a room. Now the U-Haul parking was very clean and neat, and Micheal who said he was the General Manager could not have been any nicer or more helpful! My friends have all had a good laugh about my trip to U-Haul. Oh I forgot about the 2 guys probably high in the back of Circle K when I was leaving. This is not an exaggeration! I was an international flight attendant for 47 years and this was a first. But sense I’m moving and need another trailer I may go back next week just to see if it’s a daily occurrence. Might not be a good idea to send little old ladies by themselves. And probably don’t post!

Very sketchy place. Bums going through the dumpster, etc. Looks like a Meth condemned hotel. Would not even have gone there if I had known and would have driven away if I arrived at night time. The employee was fine (behind the bullet proof type glass).

Location is in a hotel with homeless people and the gentleman was very unprofessional and waited at least 30 to 35 minutes just to return the rental.

This location is a horrible representation of uhaul services. Adrian was rude, unorganized, threatening, and dressed like a slob impersonating law enforcement wearing a badge, taser on his side, a holstered gun hanging out of his back pocket, with his shirt half tucked in on the opposite side to reveal his protection. He raced around in his decommissioned police car with fake lights as another attempt to impersonate law enforcement. Adrian did not display any clothing representing that he was even security. This hotel where this location is, was also concerning as the front desk was displaying over a dozen open bottles of alcohol, tobacco products, while being condemned in over half the building. If my situation was not so dire at that moment, I would have walked away and looked for another location even further away then the 30 miles I was driven to rent this trailer. The equipment was fantastic, but the customer service and representation of uhaul that Adrian was, was concerning and overall disgusting behavior.

I needed to move my apartment, Michael was Extremely helpful and was happy to help me pick out the right truck and moving supplies. Also when I needed to use the truck longer than I originally thought, I called them up and Adrian was able to give me an extension at a reasonable rate. I would recommend coming to this location at the GLH Hotel, the Hotel reception and U-Haul are handled by the front desk employees. Michael and Adrian made my move easier and even offered to send me some extra help. Thanks again.

Nasty area nothing but addicts all around the area not safe at all. Even people that work there were just creepy to deal with. Would not go back to rent there. Why do you even refer people there. I don't understand.

This location is a hotel going out of business so it reflects on the uhaul operating from the location, I did a after hours drop, I DIDN'T INTERACT WITH ANYONE.

Honestly, i have no idea why this place isnt rated higher. The reviews dont seem to understand that this is a historical location undergoing renovations. The service was incredible, the truck was very clean, and they were extremely understanding of delays with picking up and dropping off.

It felt very unsafe. There was security glass and the people behind the glass were armed. There was a room off the office that had people passed out like on drugs. One such customer arrived while picking up the trailer that confirmed it. The “hotel” was extremely run down to the point of uninhabitable but what was in use seemed for drug use.

Unfortunately, the location is not great. I definitely wouldn’t recommend picking up or dropping off at night. However, the vehicle was perfectly fine no problems there at all and the individual that we conducted business with was awesome. It’s just the location was not good.

I had a reservation for 4, but didn't get my uhaul til 4:30. I used it for less miles and less time than was estimated. Yet my overall charge was higher than my estimated charges. I have used uhaul many times for longer trips and durations and this was the most I was ever charge.
