The truck leaked and soaked my couch and it has a terrible odor to it now!!!
Thomas TTell the customer service clerk, that processed my rental, that he needs and an attitude adjustment. When I reserved the cargo trailer over the phone, I specifically asked for a ramp style trailer. After he processed the trailer, I noticed that the one he signed me up for had a barn door style opening....I said "sir, that's not what I reserved, I need a cargo trailer with a ramp"... he got all bent out of shape and said "I WISH you would have told me that SOONER!" I said. "I did,... when reserved it." He was very irritated because now he had to change things on the computer and also, the trailer I wanted was in the back of the row and he made it a point to say..."well, I GUESS I have to go move some trailers!!!!: I didn't appreciate his attitude AT ALL.

MICHAEL KThis location is right down the street from where I was going (5 minutes), but when I tried to select it as a drop off location your web site would not show this spot even though I put in its address as my destination. Your website wanted me to show me places that were as much as 45 minutes to an hour away depending on traffic.

Jeffrey MWebsight, app, Sunday pickup are terrible and almost impossible to use. Easy to get a agent on the phone but none are very helpful when it comes to the app or websight. The guy at the location was awesome. That was really the only up side. Ask for a 15 foot truck. Told by the agent on the phone none were available had 5o get a 20 foot instead. Later the guy at the location told me there were 3 available at the location. Kinda pricy and a logistical nightmare.

lynette LThere’s a headlight out the vehicle was clean just old. I did a walk around and found about 5 spots that needed stickers. The guy at the desk was nice and when I came to get him after my walk around he marked all spots I was concerned about.
Elesha MWe are a small food bank (Apollo-Ridge Food Bank) that i rent this truck for to pickup food to pass out in our community. to help us out Grand Rental gave us a small discout. I was told that they were no longer able to give us a discount. U-hall no longer allowed them to do this. not sure if this come from corporate or the local district management. the discout we recieved let us purchase more food to pass out to the people in need. As you should know buy now the cost of food has increased over the last few years. we are no different the you you going to the store the dollar just does'nt go as far. Our monitary donation come from our local churches and people in our community. Please let me know why we can not get the discount any more and if it came from corporate or at what level. I read this under your Community OutReach. U-Haul enriches the communities in which we do business by assisting charitable organizations that address the most basic human needs: food, clothing and shelter. Were just asking for a discount when renting your equipment. I know another local food bank was renting from Grand Rental that lost there discount Leechburg Food Bank. the discount was'nt much but it helped.
nicholas bClean the seating area out. It smelled of cigarettes and dust…it was kind of gross. Also, mark the scratches properly so people can’t be falsely charged.

Robert nThe gas float stuck on the truck. I let them know. It cost me an extra quarter tank of gas, which is not necessarily the fault of the location, but just something I felt important to mention. The needle on the gauge never moved until I was 8 miles away from the gas station. Again, not the locations fault, but I did feel a bit cheated. I rent from them at a minimum of 2 times per month. I had to click no on well maintained because of the float. Again, not sure how the location could be at fault for this.

James SWhen I arrived to rent a truck this visit , an alert came up on the paperwork. An e alert I believe. This had to be resolved before I could rent again. I had a hard time getting through it would have been easier if that destination or office would have been able to call through for me and get me through the excessive wait time. It was embarrassing and the only thing that it was was that when I previously read it I had to put the key in the Box because it was late and so they flagged it I didn't owe any money or anything. Still it was embarrassing because when I rented that truck I told them I would be late or after 5:00 in the first place so there shouldn't have been a flag for it. This time I went online to extend my rental time because of unforeseen problems and it wouldn't let me rent or put any information in to the system how about it being late because it said it was already going to be rented on Sunday. The place is not even open on Sunday so and it did not have any upcoming rentals because the rental agency called me the first thing Monday morning before I could call them.
Laurie BI rent U-Haul's at a minimum of twice a month for business. They are always reliable and well maintained. The Grand Rental Station in Apollo is one of the few locations I use. They get me out the door faster than any of the other locations. Fast and friendly service.
JULIE DI rent U-Hauls probably 20 plus times per year. I use this location for truck rentals at least 10 times per year for my business. The location is convenient, and the staff is friendly.

Cody HBack door broke (wouldn’t close all the way) after we finished loading it. We were told we were lucky to get this truck (pick up location was moved day before pick up) because the back door was just fixed. It wasn’t fixed properly.
