I rented a 5x9 utility trailer and when I went to pick it up, I was told that I needed a 7 pin to 4 pin adapter. The UHaul location was selling them for $ 20.00. I went to Harbor Freight about 5 minutes away and bought one for $ 10.00. It would be nice to know beforehand that I needed the adapter and better yet, the adapter should be supplied and part of the rental package. I got a call from the manager asking me if I was able to bring the trailer back early since she had another possible renter, so I brought it back 5 hours early. When I inquired about a credit to my bill to accommodate her request, she said "sorry, you rented the trailer for 24 hours, no refund". My response was "then maybe I'll just take the trailer home for the next 5 hours and return it after the office closes and you'll lose the rental".
ERIC SI was to be credited back for the sage tow & move which i didn't ask for, I was also charged for 3 days when I had it for only 2. The locations are fine, the equipment was fine, I've called twice on my refunds and have not gotten them.

AMY RThe app SUCKS!!! It froze up ever time I tried to do anything. Not sure how many times I had to close it then open it and start all over to do the rental then it never would work when I tried to return it and ended up having to call the help line. The trailer itself was clean and I had no issues but the app SUCKS!!

Hunter WUpon renting in Oceanside, CA, I was told brining the trailer back by the end of the day on Friday 6 December was not a problem, and that the paperwork automatically populated in 24-hr intervals (I picked up at 1300 in CA). I returned the trailer to Grand Slam, NC prior to 1600 and after being told it was no problem via phone, I was still charged an extra days fee. Seemed very questionable since an additional charge was not mentioned via phone or when I physically droped the trailer off at location.
