Matthew MThe vehicle had mud all over inside, I was supposed to pick up the vehicle in Hamlin and U-Haul switch to. Peckville. Then I was supposed to be able to return it to Hamlin instead of Peckville and I had to return to Peckville instead. I should have gotten a deal for the first hundred miles that I put on it per day and I didn't. I even put more gas in it than it came with. The app didn't work and it took me over an hour to pick the vehicle up because of it. Dropping it off with no picnic either. I still haven't received a receipt from U-Haul. There's a good chance I will never use U-Haul again. The cost of the mileage alone should have been the full cost of the whole rental instead I know I got ripped off by U-Haul. I am very disgusted by your ball service. The app doesn't work at all, your customer service Representatives don't know any of your policies and U-Haul over charges you. I bring you home multiple times before and this was the worst experience I've ever had with them or anybody that I've rented from.
