Uhaul smelled terrible - genuinely hard to drive without holding my nose. It drove well, just smelled bad. Y'all need some additional customer parking. Also, probably more of an issue with the app, but the pick up was not easy. I wasn't able to get my lock number and combo until I spoke to live chat on the app. I've done uhaul pick ups before, I know that it usually gives you the code after filling out the pick up info. This time, it did not and was very confusing and frustrating
