FELICIA MThe rental location was changed to Wilmar per request after the initial drop of location was changed from Little Falls to Brainard MN, adding an hour to the customers current traveling plans. Perhaps before the pick up locations is changed, a call to the customer so that the customer can give details about their trip, so as to not add inconvenience to an already hectic day. The site however, was well maintained and the staff were friendly.

MARK PDropped the truck on a Sunday and was having problems with the app. The manager happened to stop by for something. He took care of everything and was great.

CHERYL JThis has nothing to do with this location or my pick up location, but for both processes the U-Haul app crashed so I couldn’t finish checking in or out, I had to call the help line both times. Also, for this survey maybe NA should be an option. I didn’t interact with anybody in person either time but I’m rating that experience.
BRIAN KEverything was perfect! Excellent customer service and was up front with what to expect and do when I had to return the truck. No need for improvement! Thai has been the 2nd time to use the truck from the same place in 5 years and will always let whoever know to go to the same place!

Jeffery WWas not impressed that a truck was assigned for an in town rental rather than a one way. This created extra hassle at the time of pick up. We had to contact customer assistance and rebook our reservation.

Dan DI pre booked online, they had the blankets and dolly’s that I ordered ready along with the truck. All the lights and the truck equipment checked out and I was on my way in just a few minutes. Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable and check out and return we very straightforward with no surprises.

Seth RTell ur customers CORRECT $$$ AMOUNTS!!! Before I left I was told it was .40¢ for each additional mile!!! Not no flipping $1.00 for each additional mile!!! This make for a VERY DISAPPOINTED customer!!!

MIKE CMake the self pick up and drop off easier. Not have the service engine light on. Have some power so the trucks can back up on snow.
Jenna CThe guy who came out and hooked up the trailer to my truck was yelling and swearing about the chains not being hooked onto the trailer properly or to his liking by the previous renter and was extremely awkward and uncomfortable to be around.
