alexandra sThe tow dolly light did not work on the right side. The technician at the location brought out a tester and found it to be in non-working condition. We accepted it anyway because we had an urgent situation to move a car for a family member and our tail lights were clearly visibile for braking and signaling. Also, the ratchets were very hard to work and could use some preventative maintenance. The facility was very nice and the personnel there were excellent and helpful.
Dorothy HThe only improvement necessary would be to have a pre-approval process for after-hours rentals. The location did not pick up my location correctly and made this a bit more difficult. Additionally having to upload all documents at that moment as well as providing references while waiting for the keys seems like something that could have been done prior to arriving at the pick-up location. This has nothing to do with the pick-up location, this was fantastic, this is a comment on how U-Haul needs to better streamline the after-hours pick up procedures for those who rented days or months in advance.
Jessica ZThe ap was not working, so initially we were not able to do anything, and it was a Sunday so things were slow. But we finally talked with Alexis in Georgia -- it took us over an hour to get everything in place, but then the lock of the container holding the key was hard to open -- but in the end we were successful. Alexis was so patient, very clear, very thorough, and, I will say it again, very patient. She deserves a medal.
Nancy Lvery dissatisfied u-haul website for checking out, got charged for extra days because i could not check trailer back in upon returning it, will not use u-haul again.

Lovell CBoth timse Uhaul has sent me to this location, on a Sunday (which you know is closed!). There is a Uhaul display with directions for drop off. But ro use your app one needs cell service! There is NO service. I had to call to manually check out, which leaves me liable until the company can check out the drop off! There was a friendly dog to greet me on the property.
