Waited 2 and a half hours to gain access to the uhaul truck. When I showed up to receive the truck, I received notification that no equipment was assigned to my reservation. Which shouldn't have been a big deal, the man on the phone was very kind and got it squared away for me as quick as he could but unfortunately there was an issue getting the key. He was not aware there was a key box, once I finally got the code I could not open it. I tried many times and had my friend try many time with no luck. Sat for 30 minutes while someone came out to open it for me and the key wasn't even in the box it was locked inside the back of the truck. Mind you I didnt even have the code for the lock on the back of the truck so if I had gotten the key out of the key box, I couldn't have even used the truck for what I needed. Overall a very poor experience and extremely dissatisfied with how much I was charged after all these issues(which I also returned the truck a day early and that did not reflect on the bill). Yes, the truck made it possible to do what I needed, but I cant say that I will ever rent a truck from this location ever again. Those 3 hours I lost sitting on the curb waiting really screwed up plans and put a delay on getting what I needed done.
Nicole Bgarbage was left in the truck box, We reserved some protection blankets and there were not provided to us at time of rental.
