The lady at the counter did not want to assist in any way and seemed ticked off that she was even asked about the U-Haul service that they offer. Sent away with no truck the first time. so we tried again with the mobile pickup option, but this proved no easier. My buddy, who was listed as an authorized driver, only has a digital copy of his drivers license on the widely accepted LA Wallet app. So again, no truck. But kept trying and was able to secure one by adding his wife who came to the rescue with a physical drivers license. I will say the technical support I received via phone call was above and beyond and the only thing good about the whole situation
