I paid 3 days but used the truck 2 days. I parked the truck at Grease Monkey after they closed. Thanks.

Easy in. Easy out. Great experience.
Roger DLocation dirty and smelled . Truck in dirt lot behind an oil change facility.
GORDON FPlease make sure to check the rental equipment in when I drop it off next time and not wait until I call to do it several days later.
ANTON EActually inspect the equipment, trailer has a broken tie down for the driver side of the tow vehicle. It also had a defective front tire on the same side (bubble in the tire). Informed the staff, who are awesome. The location is hard to get trailers in and out reasonable, that’s the #1 reason for the low rating. Better use of the lot used to store the U-Haul rentals would be ideal. Clean it up, lay down gravel and or mark specific locations for the parking.
KEVIN SKeep up the good work
KEVIN NThe tires on the trailer were 10 lbs low. It was not safe to drive when I picked up.
JAMES SGreat folks to work with at this location!
JAMES PThe trailer was clean however the tires were not in good shape and the tail lights were not working.
JOSEPH RAll good thanks
DMYTRO FThe gas was at a quarter tank. My husband told the lady who walked out to the uhaul with him. Took pictures. Filled it back to where it was when he picked it up. They still charged us for not filling it to where it’s technically supposed to be. But why would we have to make up for their mistakes and put more gas in it than when we picked it up?! And then they still charged us?! That is shady business. From that single interaction with them I would never refer someone to get a uhaul there or have any services done at that grease monkey location. If they are willing to do things so half asked and then pin it on other people…just imagine the quality of work they do. Also, she couldn’t help me so I had to call uhaul and that lady was very nice and helpful. I hope uhaul isn’t paying grease monkey much money to contract with them since they don’t give a darn about doing quality work for them.
CAMERON CEverything went smooth and quick, the young lady working the rental department was quick and knowledgeable, return was quick and easy too.
BRIAN LThis is a great location to rent from. They are usually not very busy and I’m not sure the what the managers name is but he is very accommodating. Will definitely be renting here again.
MITCHELL LZero guidance. Staff didn’t even acknowledge our presence or assist in the extremely tight area where I had to maneuver for the back in drop.
JOHN SThe lot is a mud/dirt pit and it feels like I’m in the hood in downtown Chicago…the main guy was nice enough…the trailer was pretty dirty…I cleaned it up better than it was given to me…honestly though it’s better than the experience I had at the big U-Haul place a couple of blocks dow the street.
WILLIAM GMy reservation pick up time was moved up twice and when I went to pick it up was told my reservation was updated and the trailer I reserved was now 21 miles away. I was a day late starting my new job because I couldn’t get my toolbox to the work location. I gave a great review for the pickup sight because it wasn’t their fault but Uhaul dropped the ball.
MARTIN PHave the vehicle that was assigned to me there. It says truck guaranteed at his location and my truck and size was not. I ended up settling for something different because there werr no other options. IAlso person could direct new renters as what to do. Like you will get a Link in a min to fill out before you leave etc. Kinda go over in and outs
Cary KOne of the members at Grease Monkey was fantastic. He helped me out when I was in a pinch and gave me options to get the job done. Thank you!
Cody RToo small of a parking lot made it difficult to check in and get trailer.
Lynn SHave the vehicle ready for me when I get there not a hour later because someone didn’t return it and didn’t get charged more for overnight. Horrible experience especially when moving. Also there was no gas in it as well barely made it back
DALTON PIf you're renting trailers, you should have basic trailer towing supplies available like receiver reduces, etc. Also, I was charged twice. Not cool. If I need to take pictures when I drop off the trailer, I should be told that. All in all this was a very unpleasant experience. 0/10
Jason SThe site was great. The app not so much.
Andreas TExcellent customer service picking up and returning. Highly recommend
darrell gCheck the extras - dolly and blankets were not loaded into the trailer (I didn't check either)
Rheanna WTrailer was in the back lot which is very muddy. I had to go out myself, in the mud and hook up that heavy tongue. How am I supposed to check my lights? I also had rented 2 dozen moving blankets but they don’t have moving blankets. They took them off my contract and sent me down the street to another, very busy U-Haul. I waited LITERALLY an hour with what was, very frankly, an incompetent staff to simply rent blankets. All this BS made me an hour late for the movers I also ordered through U-Haul, which I was paying $120 per hour for and it put us on a very compressed time table to get the loading done. It was not a good day.
Christopher COutstanding service !
Kathryn AI received a phone message on day three of a four day rental, from your scheduler asking if I could return my rental early as a curtesy to the next renter. If you are so tight on units that you need for rentals to be returned early, you need to offer a financial incentative for returning the rental 8 hours early.
James SI rented a truck for 2 hours, at this location they told me that I could return the truck to another location without additional costs, but I was charged $50 for a deposit that was not returned and $320 for the wrong location!!!
Ilia NThings got a little confusing, The truck that I was given , had to be brought back, since it wasn't a One Way vehicle (local only), I had already driven 30 minutes away in 5pm traffic. I brought the truck back, and was given a virtually brand new truck with 2200 miles on it ... I felt much better doing a 2100 mile drive in this vehicle , had Bluetooth. We had one more hiccup, the vehicle had only a quarter of a tank of gas, when I was about home, ( 35 minutes from the pickup ) an went to fill it up. During that process, I hadn't even opened the back of this truck.... so while filling... I noticed that the back door was locked , and the only key I was given was , the truck key. I call the pickup location back , and was able to catch someone before they closed. Kyle offered to bring the key to me at my house..... Once we had ironed out the issues, I was totally please with the truck the experience, and Mr Putnam, at the Gravette location , for the return was amazing....
frank wWas told to drop trailer off after hours was fine and got charged from someone steeling the trailer at 5am in the morning. Never was contacted to ask why the trailer was not returned with in the rental time. Anothet truck on the property was broken into and door wide open too.
Christopher FMissing wire harness. But was brought out when I went back in and mentioned it
Cory P88$ for less than a 1/4 of a tank is unprofessional
