The lady working there was 20 minutes late, thus causing me to be late. She could barely open her mouth to speak. Her pants were around her ankles. She wrote the VIN number on a scratch piece of paper and pointed to where the trailer was for me to load it, and I’ll let her know that that was her job to load it. She never checked the lights or the brakes and I was so frustrated. I didn’t care. I just drove away.

Brandi BThis facility lied and said, I didn’t put the gas back 3/4 and they charged my cc $30. My fiancé and I stopped at a gas station prior to dropping it off. I called the facility and they said to call Uhaul. Uhaul said, since I don’t have a picture of it that they couldn’t reimburse me.

Ricky MNo paperwork was given, the. Truck wasn’t walked with me and I was over charged. The truck was filthy had coke spilled all over the seats and console. Only had half a tank of gas. The back door was hard to get up and down. It was horrible And this is for the pick up location. Drop off he wouldn’t walk it with me just said I’ll check it in and again I was over charged I have the pictures of mileage and gas

RANDEY Bthe electronic information / site used to take pictures is unreliable AT BEST. it took us 8 or 9 attempts to get the uhaul site to accept identification photos... and the photos were perfectly readable in each instance... your site just refused to accept them.
