Dan PRichie is excellent. Many locations around here don't maintain their businesses well. They have signs up, but no one's home! Richie's the opposite. He got us exactly what we needed, and was forthright and efficient in doing so. We will be returning next week to finish our storage project. I would only suggest it's somehow made better known to area locals that this location is actively operating, so that other customers can experience his great service.

KYLE ARicky was a great Uhaul agent. Friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the first truck we picked up had a broken door and would not open. Fortunately, the apartment was only 2 miles away and they exchanged it immediately. Renting a large truck was much better than renting the trailer which we’d done in the past. Overall great moving experience. Thank you Uhaul of Herrin Illinois and to Ricky who was super helpful.

robert aIf customer is picking up key from the lockbox. Need to make sure the customer knows that there is a process that takes awhile. You just don't log in and get your code. Our pickup time was 7 and got there just before 7. It took us almost the whole 30 min. to enter all the info. needed to get our access code and almost went past the time allotted to be able to retrieve the truck key. Make sure to tell the customer you will need to enter all your information and inspection of the truck etc. which takes a little while to do. Now that I know I will be better prepared if we rent and pick up the key this way. Other than that, it was great.
