Dennis HWhen booking my Uhaul, I asked to pick up the truck and trailer in Tuscaloosa. 2 days before my rental, the Uhaul place notified me that I needed to pick up the truck 30 minutes outside of Tuscaloosa. When I arrived at Green Auto and Tire Repair, nobody was present and I had to call the number twice to get someone on the phone. The man didn’t show up until 45 minutes later. I was supposed to pick up the uhaul at 9:00 and didn’t leave until 11:00.

Zachary CWhen we arrived to pick up trailer the business was closed. I called the number for the business and left a message. A gentleman returned my call and stated that the business was closed that day. I was told to call uhaul and I could pick up the trailer but he wasn’t coming in to help. I’m not sure why I was rented a trailer for Saturday pick up if the business was closed on Saturday.
ricky lI was told that there would be a moving dolly inside truck, but there was not and the place of business was closed and would not answer the phone. This made it super hard for us when moving heavy furniture. Boy were we hot and upset about this.
norma nDealer was great, just got the run around re: pick up location and was dirty and it was just dropped off by the district manager.
Robert MI made a reservation in earlier April for a May 26th pick-up. 2 days prior I was notified of this pick up location several miles away from Tuscaloosa, Al. This was inconvenient.
