Very helpful and Polite and was able to bypass a system outage to get me into my Truck Rental.
Angel LWe took advantage of a 24- hour return location and when we dropped off the truck it was around 10:30 at night. Cannot review personnel as none were there at the time but made me choose “yes” or “no”. Lot was dark but open for access.

Joseph LThe webpage was glitchy while I was trying to finish my rental agreement. The Terms and Conditions page only said OKAY at the bottom. I clicked it and nothing happened. I had to contact the agent after 4 tries to finish. The agent told me to click on the AGREE/DISAGREE button and I told them that there was no agree/disagree option. They let me sit for a couple of minutes and then told me to try again. This time the AGREE/DISAGREE was there and I was able to continue with my reservation.

JACOB AGot scammed by the company after I reserved a uhaul and told them I was dropping it off at another uhaul location by my new hoise on the app until I tried to do so and they wanted to charge me 300 because it was a In town vehicle when I was never warned about which made me then drive it back to where I was moving stuff out of costing me more money to drive it 30 miles back never getting another uhaul again

David MI will not go to any other location. I rented a smaller truck. Made more trips rather than going to another story. It's like it's Family owned. Had everything I needed or wanted. Suggested items that I may need and I did. Explained my Ins and coverage options. Treated like I was a family member. Set up all controls and mirrors before I pulled away. My GF was so impressed with the service. She will be renting a tru k for her college bound child soon.

James MFix your online system. I scheduled a truck and them struggled to use the online system to pick it up. Thankfully Gene was available on site and able to help me much faster than customer service.

Brian CGene was great as was the whole experience until the end. I am insulted that I was charged essentially $1 per mile for gasoline. This equates to $18 per gallon for gasoline. While the $6 added to my bill is not going to keep me up at night, it is a shady practice that I will need to look out for the next time I choose a vehicle rental company.
