The drop off place was closed at 6:00 PM. The night before. So I called today to check if the truck was ok. Everyone was very nice. Keishawna was so nice and helpful. I don’t remembers the name of the lady who called me the first time. She was condescending. I had to ask her to “Be Nice.” Other than that everything was super. The u-haul looked brand new and clean. Thank you.
