I arrived and the trailer I reserved was not dug out of the snow. I sat and waited for them to finally get it out, and then had to manually clear ice from inside of the trailer and none of the employees offered to help. What was even more concerning is there was zero paperwork involved or even verification of who I was. They just told me to take it and trusted my word that I had a credit card on file when I made the reservation. It was overall a complete disaster. They only helped with the hooking the trailer up when I told them I want them to help with that, especially since I just spent 20 mins breaking up and tossing ice from the bed of trailer. Overall I don't blame the guys there, they seemed stressed and having a bunch of issues with their POS systems, but the lack of customer service and failure to assist or even really communicate with me was a nightmare experience. I will not be using that location ever again.

The truck I had was horribly out of alignment. The steering wheel had to be held like you were turning to the left instead of straight. If I relaxed my grip on the wheel at all it would travel to the right causing you to over correct. I had to keepba tight white knuckle grip on thecwheel at all times.It was a horrible drive from Virginia to Arkansas. On the last 2 hours of the drive the traction control went out and a notice came on the saying to maintenance the traction control. I contacted customer service on Dec 8th and they said they would pass the information on. On 14th I got a call saying that it is common for the bigger trucks to pull slightly and haven't heard anything since they said they would check into it. I find it to be totally unacceptable that my complaint was brushed off. Ive rented the 26ft trucks before and never had one that was so out of alignment.

Truck had a terrible exhaust leak. Smelled terrible made me and my husband dizzy and sick feeling. Truck was also dirty when we got it. No one was there in person to assist

When we arrived for pick up the U-Haul was blocked by another U-Haul and we had to maneuver to get it out as staff wasn’t in for the work day yet. Wheel alignment was incredibly messed up making it almost hazardous to drive.

Dropped off after hours. Contacted Chris by phone and confirmed dropoff. Chris sounded like a good employee but we had no real interaction.

Well I didn’t have any problems with any of the equipment or the trailer/truck everything was a👍🏾 for me all the way from VA to ALA!!

Got charged $50.00 for a fuel charge even though I filled the tank of the vehicle to EXACTLY where it was when I picked the truck up. Drove the truck 26 miles total and put $15 in fuel.

I did two trailer drop offs - one on a sunday - not open, easy to drop and leave the trailer and check out online. Second time I came during what should have been open hours on a saturday. They were not open. I did the same drop off process online. That's no problem, but having the thing open when the hours say it is open is important.

My drop off location was 40 minutes away, to far. There was a U-Haul location 5 minutes away.
