They didn’t leave the key in the lock box, we spent over 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone finally did and they were the most helpful more than the uhaul personnel who couldn’t locate the owners of the store or get us another truck within 30 miles. Then we had to wait for the store to open this put us behind over an hour. The store personnel seemed put out that he had to open the store to give us the key.
