No key drop box. Closed at time od drop off
Daniel CI requested a dolly and furniture pads to assist with my move. None of them were in the truck. Since there wasn’t a dolly, it took us longer to move the heavy furniture, which was quite a lot since it was a 3 bedroom house, this caused us to have to rent the truck another day. I was charged for the dolly and furniture pads. I shouldn’t have been and the extra day cost just under $100. Poor management at this location. If my reservation is switched to this location again, I will cancel and go with another company.
JOSEPH HI was very upset that there were no lights for us to see and the Uhaul we were getting was over in the mud no light on it and parked so close to another Uhaul. We had to use our flashlights on our phone. Very scary for 2 girls.The equipment we ordered was not in the truck. The truck was dirty. We waited on hold to get someone to help from Gail for over 30 minutes because the app directions were horrible they video on how to use it needs to be updated. I am very disappointed.
Renee MThe truck was fine but when we were told which truck was ours, it was the only one boxed in by other trucks. Fortunately my husband was able to back it up and go over a curb to get it out but it never should have been boxed in if it was a rented truck. And the process to get the truck (self-serve) was a long process and wasted much time.

James BI was given this location as an after hours drop off. They had no drop box. I called uhaul and they told me I was ok to leave it there. Called a few days later to check up on my account. They said all was good and there were no further charges. Now I'm contacted a month later with bogus charges. I'm basically being extorted under false pretenses. I will never do business with uhaul again and will seek legal representation if needed
Arnel MThis was a drop off after hours so the ratings can't really be applied. Since you forced me to select yes or no, I selected no but that might not be true of the location had been open when I returned the truck.
Sandra SIt always troublesome doing a U-haul drop off when a store is closed. I parked the trailer next to the others and then started using the U-haul app to turn in the trailer. I took a couple of the required photos and then set my phone down to close the trailer doors -- and the turn in page disappeared; I could not get the page to open back up. I am not sure if my turn in was recorded properly.
