LINDA SPerhaps figure the correct milage for the trip - I was charged an extra $13 in the end for going over the planned mileage and I did not deviate from the planned trip. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

MATTHEW HWe were not made aware that if we returned the vehicle early, we would’ve received a credit. I had the vehicle for two full days and would have returned early. If I had known, we didn’t use it as the mileage will reflect, but simply thought that our time to return was what we needed to stick to.

KERRY SI don't like the way that this question presents itself. It insinuates that there needs to be an opportunity to improve. In reality, the retail store for this location is just enough to do the job. I can tell that the folks who run the joint are on a tight budget. Their attitude, communication, and service are what makes this a good thing for me. I've rented from them twice. I use Uhaul regularly for trailer rental. With what they do, and how they do it, they'll grow into something more.

RICK LShout out to Sara in Hutchinson, KS. She noticed the trailer lights were not working and directed Me to Auto Zone across the street, to have them test for a blown fuse. Which was not the issue it was the light harness in the black box,. She directed me to a mechanic down the street, AJ's they were able to replace the box in wiring for $85. Sara waited for me and helped me get the trailer hooked up. My complaint... I'm on a tight budget & was charge $100 more because my bank/ debit card is considered prepaid.
Marian EWould like to thank Denise for everything she was great helped me with everything over the phone due to the lady at the location I was getting the truck from being sick which I totally understand. Denise stood in for her and took very good care of me I will definitely be using yall for services if I ever need them again thanks again Denise for being so helpful and understanding and respectful.

Gail POrdered truck in advance,, did a point check and first truck had no oil or antifreeze in it,, they gave me another truck, but the dolly couldn't be used because the plug into the truck was not working, oil was black, when 2nd truck was given they did not reprint correct paperwork so was over charged for gas at drop off, was one of the first times uhaul was not up to par.
Ronde AMake sure that the customer knows that this location will charge you at the time of pickup and then charge you again at the time you return their equipment. Make sure you take pictures and videos of everything because they tried charging me a $75 cleaning fee two weeks after I returned the vehicle. My wife and I made sure to clean every part of the vehicle including the parts we didn't touch or use. Taking pictures and video to verify this really helps because they can't charge a $75 cleaning fee for a truck that is already clean.
