The first time I opened the back door to slide it up to begin loading the latch got caught at the top of the frame of the truck and you'd have to kind of pull on it quite a bit to get it to unlatched and then come back down and it did that every time we would open the door to the truck in the back when I returned it it's stuck really well and my hands and my sons so sore from trying to move everything and beating them up that we couldn't grab a hold and pull the door down but I did say that right off the bat when I was returning the truck that the latch was getting caught but we did sweep it out we got it all cleaned out it is in good running order but that back latch it's not working right. Customer service was fantastic the lady who dealt with me on the phone to allow me to keep it overnight I really appreciate that it made the experience so much better because at that moment I did not know what I could do but she took care of me and I want to say thank you I did appreciate that she went above and beyond

Need an outside light, to drop trailer off after dark . Trailer wasn't swept out. Had dirt and small twigs inside .
