They wanted me to park the truck in one location in the front and unhook the auto transport in an other location and back it up and store it away in the back of the property . And walk back around the mini storage to the front because the gates are locked like .25 miles so I had to jump a barbed wire fence to cut the distance and they also wanted me to go back and take photos of the mileage which I did first because she didn’t want to come look at the equipment with me to check it in she just said go park it and that was unprofessional she had me driving someone to drop it off and I didn’t have time for that I helped her alittle while she was still being disrespectful it’s a white town and I’m not white. She was saying that it was gonna cost me so much because I drove a long trip. She was being judgemental also. & I had my ride waiting to pick me up the location isn’t a real address you can find on maps I was runing late 20 mins she told my family what was she doing waiting outside like running her way and told her she was waiting for me and said that trailer show have been here already that she was going to report it stolen. I feel she was discriminating against me it’s one thing to be mean to me but my family was in the car. After everything I told the lady I just want to return the U-Haul and get going she did the paper work no problem then I left she closed the door and locked it behind me. No welcoming or friendly. I would have preferred to drive somewhere else to pay more than to deal with this place.

The lady at greenwood storage where we rented the uhaul was amazing, so kind and patient.

Janet CI stopped in at 4:30pm on a Thursday to return a one-way truck and this was the designated drop-off. Unfortunately the owner was not there and her son was highly intoxicated. However, the son called the owner so I was able to speak to her and confirm drop-off. I later received my receipt and everything was documented correctly. If possible, I would recommend a different drop-off location to friends for professionalism and safety reasons.

Dustin AThe ABS light came on while driving which cancels the cruise control. It went off and then came on again while driving and when I returned the truck, the light was off. Other than that, the truck was good. Gas milage was about what I expected from prior rentals.

Jessica HLast at location had a lot of trouble getting me set up, she tried for 45 minutes and then said just leave Ill figured it out later, I never signed paperwork, got the miles or fuel level of the truck, sent me on my way and texted me a few hours later stating I needed to use the app to return it the next day or I would be charged for two extra days. Then charged me $1.09 a mile for in town even though the one in my town decided to be closed for the day and had to drive 15 plus miles each way to get and return. Terrible experience.
Michael MDespite the friendliness and service the U-haul associate provided at this location, it seems she had difficulty operating her technological equipment (i.e. computer, tablet). Some of it seemed to be operator error, but mostly it seemed to be an issue with internet connectivity and WIFI strength. Not sure if this is something that can be improved by simple providing better internet connection service, but that would be my suggestion as to improve the overall wait time for services to get completed.
