Uhaul was visually clean inside the trailer and cab. Until I got in the truck and started down to my destination. It started as with one lady bug ont shirt. Then another flew from the back. By tge time I made it to my destination, ladybugs were crawling on the windows, the roof and the bsck windows. When I opened the doors to let th em out, that's where I noticed the infestation.

I rented an appliance dolly with the rental truck and it was not in it. Even calling uhaul they told me I would have to go to another location and rent another and try and get reimbursed at drop off. The location I picked the dolly up was very helpful
