I rented an appliance dolly with the rental truck and it was not in it. Even calling uhaul they told me I would have to go to another location and rent another and try and get reimbursed at drop off. The location I picked the dolly up was very helpful

It was out in the middle of no where. Service was good. But the location is not convenient at all to Auburn, AL which I was told was the closest drop off location.
