Quite difficult to pick up and way to complicated to drop off I ended up having to leave it outsid the gate and out the key in a mail box even after inhadnclled and waited on the phone for 28 minutes and the lady told me I could go to the location any time to drop off and she could open the gate once I was there. Not true! Also when I was there and called they said I Coldnt then I told them they already said I could earlier then she transferred me waited 20 minutes to be hung up on not disconnected a computer answered and said good bye- had to call again wait again another 20 minutes just to leave it outside, they didn’t know what the box even was that I left the keys in and couldn’t send me anything showing it was okay to leave the u haul outside the gate and hey I’m the mail box so onahd to take a chance that nobody came and stole or broke into it in the middle of the night and or that the next day they would even know or recognize that I was ever told it was okay to leave it there. It was sincerely ass backwards and could have went very badly had someone broke into it damaged it or stole it. There needs to be better communication between the storage place and I u haul,

I used a car hauler and both ratchets came undone. Dangerous I had to buy chains to make sure it was secure.
