roberto oThe truck was rented under my name, driver's license, birthday and listed me as an authorized driver. However, I did NOT rent nor had knowledge of this rental until i received the contract that the truck was already rented. It was my ex husband who rented it with all of my information. The man at Griffin Vape and Smoke shop, Jorge or George was rude to me when I questioned the rental, then lied to me telling me that the truck was return at approximately 3:30pm when in fact it was NOT returned until 7:09pm. I have been in contact with Uhaul customer service and documented everything since the truck was rented at approximately 1:30pm. This rental facility is a unethical and committed fraud as well as my ex husband. I have followed the rules of Uhaul customer service and filed a police report for a Fraudulent Rental and Identity theft. They never had my signature on the contract and let my ex husband do this. I will say that everyone at the main Uhaul customer service was extremely professional and helpful and documented each of my calls and conversations. I also have all documentation of all of my efforts to fix this amicably. However the location where it was rented is horrible.
STELLA STow dolly was not ready for towing Chains not secured tire straps not secured I had to prep the dolly while the salesman attached it to the truck

JOSE ZLocation was EXTREMELY difficult to park the truck at. There were no "employees" around until I was practically finished returning the truck through the app. As I was looking for the key drop off, a man in plain clothes approached me. i asked if he worked there, he said yes. He reached to take the keys from me to put in the drop box for me, but I asked him to show me where it was so that I knew for certain the keys were secure. He then said to me verbatim, "What, you don't trust me??" You're right I absolutely don't, you're wearing plain clothes, you could've walked over here from the street. Then he went to the other gentleman nearby and told him that I didn't want to give them the keys, and the OTHER gentleman ALSO quoted "Oh so you don't trust us". This type of behavior from presumably U-Haul employees was VERY inappropriate and made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I would NOT recommend this location to ANYBODY for pick-up or drop-off.

Samorah WEvery year I rent from the same location for our back to school event. My rental was moved to a new location when I got to that location, i was informed that there was no truck for me. They then told me to go to a Griffin location which I was told was 5 miles, it turned out it was 16 miles away so a total of 20 miles away from our intial location. a TOTAL OF 40 MILES
Pamela RThe location lied and added charges on my rental. I had the rental less than 24 hours but was charged for 2 days. I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE. This location is clearly shady and practices bad business practices. I even have proof that I returned the uhaul on Saturday morning but I was charged for two days. That's terrible!
MARQUES HIt would have been fine but when I arrived to pick up my truck, it had just been stolen.. I had to wait several hours to get a new truck, it was absolutely terrifying, as a female alone, there needs to be better security to prevent this form happening again. Absolutely no one to talk to or help you, you’re legit on your own
Sara RMy reservation that was made last Wednesday mysteriously canceled itself so when I went to go pick it up on Saturday as I always do, they told me it was not there as my reservation was canceled, which is absolutely mind-boggling because when I order a truck, I don’t dillydally with it. I am on a time constraint so this ruined my entire day. Next, we found a place 5 miles away from me that was reserved with the help of a U-Haul CSR then 10 minutes later I was called to say the truck was not there that there was a glitch in the system that the person already picked up the truck so this right now is a total cluster fuck Lastly, we found another place 8 miles away so now I’m wasting so much time and I am already late with everything that I was supposed to do and I know you don’t care care about that but this is for my business and I lost money money now I started my day very early to get the truck and to get on with my day to go with my business and this took me almost 3 hours out of my time Also The air conditioning was absolutely horrible. After looking around. It was very dirty and dusty. But the main problem was the AC.

Francesco MWorst experience ever! I had reserved a truck 2 weeks in advance and was to pick it up in West Palm Beach. The day before I am told the truck was not available! Then I was told Stuart, then not available, then Pt. St. Lucie, again told not available, then Ft. Pierce now 3 hours away! He'll no! Found one truck south in FT. Lauderdale 1 hr. away. ok, BUT it was a nightmare with their truck share! App crashed, website crashed...took 1 1/2 hrs. before they could get the code to unlock the box to get the keys! Then I requested 6 blankets and got 0! Yet they had the nerve to charge me full price! I expect a partial refund on the inconvenience and extra gas plus no blankets! $3700+ is crazy for what I went through! Not happy and will never use again!

Mark GEvery trailer in south Florida was gone so I was forced to take the 10 ft box truck which cost me a lot in gas so post a bunch of money do not recommend uhaul ever again

Edwin COriginal reservation was for another location - Dania Medical Equipment. When I arrived, there were no trucks and no one available. I called them with no answer. I called U-Haul where customer service was also unable to reach them. They were able to transfer my reservation to a new location.

ANN GDROPPED OFF THE VEHICLE IN LESS THEN 24 HOURS, CALLED BEFORE ARRIVAL. OFFICE WAS ALREADY CLOSED. GOT CHARGED FOR 2 DAYS RENTAL. VAN SMELLED AWFUL.
