This storage unit was easy for me to access. Just call the phone number and the staff takes care of everything. If you call and get the day they are in the office, the staff is very nice. The staff can seem to also get everything done over the phone. When we contacted them that we had moved out, I received a move-out receipt within an hour.

My last month was the 3rd Saturday of October, not November or December. I was billed for months when I no longer had material in storage. I notified the person on call the date I would be out. Management changed and feels I should have notified her, but how could I do this if I had already moved out. She told me I could only get one month that was unjustly charged and could not get the other one owed.

I never even met the manager in person after a whole year between the break-ins lack of management for months. I wouldn’t even recommend a for to this storage unit.

I rented from them for the last 7 Years. At first these were locally owned and well maintained. It was sold to California investors and went down hill. No maintenance, and double the pricing. Bad idea

It`s a little off the freeway but very clean. It was easy to pull in with our big trailer. The unit was clean and just as described. The people I worked with over the phone were SUPER nice!

The 10 x 10 unit was very clean, but it was a little tricky at first working the sliding bar on the door lock and making the door stay all the way up.
