rogelio gParking of rental vehicles spaces is limited, allowing customers to park in the vacant lot next door, is priceless. The service there was impeccable.

Keanna PI was very displeased that interior was never clean down. It smelled deplorable. It’s literally smell like dirty body and stink with cigarettes to be very clear. It smell like a dirty, butt deplorable, embarrassing. I had to leave, take the windows down and have the AC on which the AC was not the best. I have extremely sensitive skin a very clean person, and I was just totally gasped. Did at what I was smelling and seeing can’t believe this was U-Haul company displaying in such a way. I was not happy about that at all and then the trailer itself was filthy was never cleaned out seem like hasn’t been cleaned out for quite some time. No I would never go back to that location ever again I am not a Chicago and I miss of North suburban girls. I grew up here in Chicago in Maple Park And the reason why I went to that location was because that truck was available for the date that I needed. Other than that I would’ve never went there and after this experience, I would never call again .I am very disappointed in the people that run that location thumbs down big time .
Yahnice WMoving accessories (furniture dolly, appliance dolly, etc) should be available for every rental.

Maurice GThis was my first time using this U-Haul Service Center for a truck rental. My experience from making the reservation online to engaging with the staff at this service center from beginning to end was exceptional. I arrived earlier than my reservation time. Nonetheless, the customer service representative (Koran) processed my truck rental immediately. He throughly explained the contract and all the details associated with my truck rental. After handing me the keys, he thanked me for using their service center. For my benefit, he recommended that I park my car in their lot to safeguard it from potential damage that could be caused while being parked on the street. When I returned the truck rental, I was greeted by the same customer service representative (Koran). He expeditiously processed the return, thanked me for using their service, and wished me a good rest of my day. Koran, thank you for ensuring that I had a seamless truck rental experience! If you’re in need of a U-Haul truck rental, I highly recommend that you give Gro Community the opportunity to serve you.
DONALD AMake sure the service rep and customer review the truck together. The truck I received wasn't dirty but it wasn’t clean. It looked used, there were crumbs in the side door and disheveled equipment in the cabin. The starting mileage does not add up from my pictures and there records.

Janetta Cdollies are needed don't tell the customers you have it and they get there and no dollies I'm a 65 years old and bruised up because we did not have a dolly I would have arranged to have more help if I had known
