The facility was fine, but the business is a church, not Gro Innovative, so it was a bit odd and confusing to determine where to go since the direction also took me to the alley, not the front. The woman that helped me was super friendly and helpful!

Lock box was difficult to open—had trouble obtaining key. Name of business is different than what’s listed on U-Haul website and no one was on site for assistance. Driving truck through the alley was not fun.
