The location was convenient, The issue is with uhaul it self. I rented the smallest truck with out insurance, for 19.95. I chose immediately reimbursement uhauI for damage. I used it for less than hour, drove it 1 mile and returned it. I did my reservation online and upon check out it gave me a total of 22.55 but billed me 62.54. I told the man at the counter that, that's not what my total was supposed to be. He said that's what I rented. I would nit rented some this big to move 1 king size bed because it could fit in my SUV. I took the truck he gave because I couldn't bother to go back and fort with the man.
CAROLYN RCheck engine light from time of rental. Truck would not go faster than 40 with a very minimal load
TIMOTHY RDoors were barely working and I had to slam them to avoid getting a “door open” alert. Also no back up camera in the truck made it another inconvenience.
VISHAL PDropping the U-Haul off at this convenient location was our only experience here and it went smoothly. I recommend.
