Everything was GREAT!! I was skeptical at first about to “person-less” check in (due to previous experience with our services like this) but having the regional number available to talk to “a live person” made the process exceptional. Karen was exceptionally wonderful to speak with and guided me through the process of changing locations when the location I originally selected no longer had the proper vehicle.
