The person at the site did not take time to check the truck in while I was there. Although I pointed out that the fuel level when I picked the truck up did not match the contract amount and I had a photo of the actual level, he did not allow for that when he checked the truck in after I left. After receiving the final receipt and seeing I had been charged for additional fuel, I had to contact U-Haul to get the matter corrected and the fuel charge refunded. My experience with the call in line (Austin helped me) was very positive and efficient.

In the middle of nowhere. Looks like a family run farm business. The guy also forgot my utility dolly even though there were only five uhauls in total and I’m pretty sure they get very little business

It is a farm. I was told to drop the trailer off in the field next the others. The person running it was not there I talked to him on the phone. He did not check in the trailer on time even though he promised he would.

The Moving was gas tank was almost on Empty. It was not a quarter tank, it was almost on Empty. I had to put $40.00 in gas tank to make pick up my boat. When I dropped off truck, nobody was there to talk to. I dropped key off in drop box . This asshole did not call me about charging me extra fee of $36.00 that I don't know about. To me this is dishonest and not how you do business. I will never rent from Uhaul again. It is not about the money, it is about the principle of honesty.
