Gaston JIn my contract it said 218 miles or 351 kms but when dropping off they said only 151 miles are included and overcharged me for 75$ I called and U-Haul support is willing to reverse the charge, but why it happened in first place, just feel like a trust issue now, can’t trust U-Haul now. I would also be sharing my story on Reddit, unacceptable, if I never noticed and many people actually don’t, they would have been taken advantage of.

michial gWe were standing in line and one worker tried to tell us that our reservation was a half an hour earlier so we were late and they had given the truck away. That was incorrect and we were there on time. However, then once we did get up to the counter after waiting for 15 minutes, they said the truck was gone. ???? We had reserved it like a month prior, additionally it isn't clear that this is u-haul's policy. In my mind, a reservation is a reservation! We were provided a larger truck, the fee change was not compensated as I requested and was verbally confirmed. Finally, we were not provided moving blankets, the worker said she would bring them out, but in all the commotion of trying to back up this giant truck out of their tiny parking lot, already being late for our elevator booking because of their mistakes, we forgot them. They were not then removed from our reservation, and the worker said we could come back and get them??? With what time, we only had an hour left of our elevator, the truck was already loaded! Overall it was a very terrible experience, I booked here because previously I had good experiences, but this ruined it. I understand it's busy, but if people are loosing their reservations because we are waiting in line at your store, that is a problem!!!!!!!!
SALLY PThe young man who helped me was excellent. He was very polite and efficient and there was a lineup of customers and a problem with the billing system but he kept his cool, sorted it out and got me on the road quickly. You should give him a raise, Budget Corporation. I'd hire him.

Cynthia LVery unorganized. Rental was for 10 am but I didn’t get my truck until 11 am. Drop off was just as uncoordinated with 5-6 trucks arriving at the same time with nowhere to park and nobody at the front desk.

Liezel YYour app didn't work and I had to go in. They didn't see my rental and had to rebook me which caused a bunch of issues afterwards when confirming the unit pick up.

Shreya PBetter inform customers to maintain equipment before their return. We ran out of oil within 2 hours of use and the vehicle wouldn’t start back up and created a large problem and inconvenience for us without a method of transportation in the freezing winter and delayed my equipment return time.

Ana MI went to 7 Heaven food after just booking the 10’ truck and they tell me its not available. I told her that if its not available, you need to change the status online bc this is very inconvenient . Luckily my ride didnt leave and I manage to go to GS Helpers who were way better service wise. Excellent through and through!
