How about having the requested equipment at the location . I requested moving blankets and called to verify that they would be available , only to show up and be told they don’t have any and then told I would have to go to another location and open another separate rental agreement just for the blankets . That’s not accommodating at all .

Used to help my children donate their deceased father’s furniture etc. sister was the driver and she said ther was roaches in the van. Can was picked up on 9/3/25 @11am and returned on the same day at 3pm and they put the return date as 9/4/25 @ 12/56pm and over charged me!!! Pay close attention to any dealings at this specific location and demand a receipt. I asked for one and the young lady told me it would be sent to my email and everything would be correct but it wasnt

I’m grateful for the generous customer service at this location. There is a lady at the check in counter that accommodated all our needs for the truck rental and accessories. My only gripe was that the lock for the back of the truck was sawed off by someone and hasn’t been changed. We weren’t able to lock the back of the truck. Aside from this issue, my experience renting at this specific location was smooth I highly recommend.

The lady who helped me went above and beyond to make sure the issue (the truck that was initially provided to me, mirror was not functional, let alone to drive 12 hrs +). I was told that the regional manager would contact me, I am still waiting for that call.

Was over charge for mileage which I did not drive.. my full driving mileage shouldn’t been more then 45 miles. I have driven the route hundreds of times. Usually 22 miles there and 23 back. I want to know where the other 30 plus miles come from. Jerry Johnson

Hire more people with somebody can overview the vehicles when they come back in versus the person that's taking care of to run to agreement and then having clients wait but great customer service

This is the only location I want to rent from when I need a Uhaul. They are always so helpful & go above and beyond to assist me. The customer service is way superior to some other Uhaul locations i have done business with. I highly recommend Guishan Inc Uhaul location at 10701 Ave D in Brooklyn, NY
