the check in process was not ideal - the app wasn't working so the employee had to help and he wasn't prepared to help so it took some time; location itself is quite unprofessional, but they were friendly and accommodating (just not prepared/expecting me)

They had the worst customer service I've ever seen. They also charged me for cleaning the truck and I thoroughly cleaned it out before I returned it to them so I'm not sure why or how they thought that was okay to do. They were rude and unfriendly when I picked it up and dropped it off. I said something about it and the old man started yelling at me to get off his property! I would never rent a truck from them again.

David Mstarted out as a friendly experience upon returning my auto trailer and truck early with no issues. did a walk through with the rep and they even offered to check me out themselves. which i should have never allowed because after what i thought was a smooth drop off turned into a nightmare. i was charged ($230) on my CC for damages that never occurred. I even took pictures of the u-haul to protect myself from any additional charges. i was more concerned about getting charged a cleaning fee because of the initial condition of the truck but in turn got charged for damage. super frustrating to be blamed for something you never did. filed a dispute so hopefully this will be resolved with no further issues.

WILLIE HPickup went poorly. I had reservations at 10am to pickup my truck but no one was onsite when I arrived. I had to wait 15 minutes before someone arrived. I was told to do mobile checking which I did but I was never given a “truck number”. I called U-Haul since the onsite didn’t have computers to check me out. Onsite said that the previous customer didn’t check in the truck. The onsite person finally gave me a truck to use then I had to finish all the online checking procedures by mobile after I had already take the truck. In total, I spent 45 minutes waiting for a truck before I was able to leave. When I arrived to turn the truck in, no one was onsite so I completed the mobile check in procedures and left.
JOAN WThe locks to access the truck keys are not easy to open. Not sure how often they are checked and changed, but something to consider.
