Stop the hidden fees… was told I would get. Refund for what I didn’t use out of the 100$ deposit. I still haven’t received it

There was no trucks available and I had to pick it up in Decatur and I was promised extra miles but when I got the truck turned back in I was charged for the extra miles U-Haul has gone downhill miserably over the years I hope this is the last time I ever have to use U-Haul
