Elizabeth H | Overall ExperienceI was told i get free 1 month storage by u haul but was told i do not because they were not a dealer i chose this location because of this i could have gotten storage cheaper. i ask everyone about free rental but everyone said they will take care of it at drop off. could have been told earlier made different plans.

I paid for insurance but I guess it didn't matter because I was not reimbursing for the things that was ruined... And the things that got ruined and messed up was well over 1000 dollars ... So what should I do from here or who do I need to contact so I can see about getting my stuff that was ruined and messed up replaced since I paid for insurance on my unit.... Thanks Eric Murray

Thomas WCompared to the other location in Cleveland, GA this location in Waycross, GA is AWSOME! If you need to use Uhaul and in the area, this is the place to be! The lady there was so nice and very helpful plus her pickup/drop-off area was easy in and out! She helped me back the trailer into a spot and even unhooked it herself picking it up and adjusting it! I also told her of our experience in Cleveland, GA noting the manager did not comment on the right rear blinker not working. She apologized for someone she didn't even know! UHAUL NEEDS TO GIVE THIS LADY AND HER STAFF A RAISE OR BONUS FOR THEIR WONDERUL ATTITUDE!!
