It was a pleasure renting a UHAUL from your Manager Camille Frails and her assistant @ H P Commerce located at 401 Pottery Factory Dr., Commerce, GA. I called ahead of time to reserve the truck and everthing was ready for me to sign when I got there. It allowed us to transport everything we needed for our annual event in one convenient place.

When you do app check in and you hit back it takes away everything you have done. This happened and I had to call customer service. This was the only thing I would work on !!

There was no direction to access to the key drop box

I didn't get the name of the woman working when we dropped the truck off, but she was so inviting and friendly. It was quick, personable and inviting.

If you do not have the Equipment that the customer has requested then please notify them before they get there so they can track the equipment down from another location and get it sent to the pick up location
