Having to drive 40 miles to grab trailer was not ideal when there is a U-Haul location in my town,
Christopher FHRS Leasing was difficult to find. The sign on the storefront was a different business. The location was a mess. It was difficult to find a place to park the truck. This location poorly represents UHaul :-(

Michelle PThere was some difficulties with the mobile pick up. It had nothing to do with the ability to access the internet at the location, but on the U-Haul site when I would try to put in date of birth when it was asking for my personal information it would not accept the date of birth and kept defaulting to 2023. I finally realized after about 20 minutes that the problem was that it wanted me to put in the date of birth in the form of month year day. Which is not the normal way to do it. When I finally did it that way then it accepted my date of birth and I was able to continue on. However by that time my registration window had gone past 15 minutes and so it had closed everything out and I needed to start all over again. Overall it took over an hour for us to finally get our mobile registration done. We had to call someone at the U-Haul office to have them help us step through it. Probably need to update your information on your mobile registration and pick up.

TREY CCab was a little dirty in the cup holders and some but nothing intolerable.

Derek ANot entirely their fault. Truck had been returned after-hours, and they did hurry to get it ready...but from my point of view, I got the truck later than requested. Also they didn't have pads, so I had to go to another location to get pads, making me even later. And finally, U-Haul scheduled the pickup past several other closer locations....and didn't notify me until too late to adjust schedules.
Lowell HThe inside of the trailer required some cleaning....dusty. I had to vacuumed it out before use.
James DTop notch service! They weren't open on Sunday, but an employee was there working anyway and was very helpful.
CHRISTOPHER BI received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a business. I would NEVER recommend the Uhaul location 1606 10th St S, Princeton, MN. It took over an hour from the time I arrived to the time I left the truck that I had reserved weeks in advance.

HARRY MReservation was made for pickup in Cambridge MN. Less than 24 hours before pickup, l was told location had changed, which meant going 36 extra miles to retrieve the trailer.
Bill OGreat service, friendly and helpful. Small detail, vehicle had dirt on the floor and a spilled beverage pooling in the cup holders when I picked it up.
