More education for person checking out the units
THOMAS ALet people know that you are closed by text . When you are having problems and have to close when you are supposed to be open.
Sharon SMaybe try not changing the location 1 day before it was booked. Also if you are adding extra miles for the inconvenience add them and don't charge them.

Stefanie TOMG!!! No doubt about it, this was the best hospitality I’ve ever gotten at a UHaul. Everyone there was the sweetest and the most patient people I’ve met at any business. And they’re not old people, they were vibrant and so helpful. But most of all, they had such sincere patience with me while I was on the phone dealing with the furniture company that was giving me a hard time picking up my furniture!!.. It eventually all worked out perfectly! She didn’t mind however many times I changed my mind! Each time, she greeted me with the most beautiful smile, and not to mention, great vibes!!!
