This doesn't reflect on the drop off location, but I had a lot of issues using the app. It locked up multiple times and it wasn't able to take pictures.

Put the $576.99 you charged my debit card back into my account. Face the accusations and realize the $497.10 was paid at pickup.
We did not damage anything on the passenger side. We have filed a claim with our bank.this is horrible. I am a senior and we have moved many times with Uhaul and never a problem.

That was never approved by me and is totally out of normal business operations. I am 83 years old. I've moved many times , and my income is from Social Security only. I would not have booked this move with you had I had any idea of this overcharge at the end. I don't have this money. You overdraft my checking account. Unbelievable...

The truck sits to low a scrapes in every gas station driveway.
It couldnt even get in my new residence drive way cause it sits to low.
Costed me $30 in gas to drive 80miles.
They gave me a total of 202.80 for my final cost but withdraws 233.22 and refuses to refund me.
So 233.22 plus 30 in gas equals 263.22 for 2days use and 80miles cause I had to drive it back to their store and had to unload it all from the road because it sits to low.
Lady on phone when trying to explain they withdrew to much was very rude
Dont ever use this company. They petite over a $30 mistake
