I paid for 4 days and returned it two days early. They didn’t give me any paper work. I had to call and email them and it took 5 hours. Then they had charged me an extra day even though I returned it TWO days early!! Now it’s gonna take a few days to refund my money. At this store they were NO help and didn’t know what to do !!!! Really poor service. Do think I will ever rent another from U haul again.

Before I even got out my car they guy ran me down in the truck and asked if we were scheduled to drop off at this location. I responded yes and he said show me proof you picked this location so I showed my paper and he walked away. Very ride first impression. After I tried to explain my previous situation with the truck not having gas, he said welp yhere is nothing I can do. I asked if he could call the previous store manager, I thought he did but he called his manager and said it was nothing he could do. The situation was very frustrating I called customer and they could better assist me. Worst Uhaul experience ever!

I was charged for a missing item that I know for a fact was in the back of the truck when I returned it. I had 2 other people there with me that saw the utility Dolley in the back of the truck.

The store changed the amount of fuel that was in the truck on pick up on the invoice. They charged me 32 dollars even though there was more fuel in the tank on return than on pick up.

it would be great to have a no smoking policy inside the truck, cause ours smelled like cigars and weed

They rented me a truck that not only smelled like Marijuana but also had joints in it. When I spoke to the Manager at the drop off location he said I can’t do anything for you except to contact the person that is in charge of that location where you picked it up. I still have not received a phone call. If I had been pulled over I could have gotten into a huge mess because of This. The experience was not only nerve racking but disappointing that I didn’t even get an I’m sorry for the experience. Completely in acceptable

The employees were kind and helpful in the store, but the location of the trucks behind the store was disgusting. There was a dumpster with rotting garbage nearby and many vultures were feasting on the filth plus there were dirty cleaning supplies right by the vehicles and the back doors to the shops were open. It wasn’t very professional. Also, the dolly we requested was not in our truck and we left without it and had to come back for it. Once we got it to our home, it had a sticky wheel and it didn’t make the move very easy. The truck also wreaked of cigarettes so we were lucky that our move was only five minutes away. The experience with the location was under average, but I marked average because of the friendly staff.

The truck had numerous dents and the cab was infested with ants! That being said- I don’t think the equipment issue has anything to do with the location. The man that processed the contract was great, and friendly! The phone customer service people for U-Haul are horrible and frankly- incompetent. They were sloppy with customer information and got my rental agreement mixed up with someone else’s because they never had us verify name/address/phone or even rental agreement number! If anything needs an immediate and HUGE improvement it’s the national phones team. The local people at the pick up and drop off locations are awesome.

Did the 24/7 check in. Got to the truck and it had an almost flat tire. Air conditioning did not work. Blankets requested were not in truck at pick up. Paper towels were stuffed along windshield to hold it in place.

For starters I rented a 15 ft truck. In which I was told in a constant way. That I would be able to fit a two bedroom/ 2 bathroom 800 square feet. Which was a lie. Had to leave stuff behind. And after being placed on hold and even hung up . And over a 1 hour on the phone. Mr. Angel Marrero agreed to give me back $160.00 for the inconvenience. Which doesn't cover getting what was left behind brought to Virginia. Because all I asked for to give me for the inconvenience a hook up to get the rest traveling with me and he said no. Uhaul should reconsider as stated before to Mr. Marrero via email. people who know what there are doing. Customer service has an F! My respect to Miss Laura , the nicest professional lady in everyway! Should take customer service orientation from her!

Convenient dropoff for Disney moves. As others have mentioned you get no receipt upon turn-in - my truck wasn't recorded as returned until the next day (turned in 2 days before due date), which made me a little nervous (I called U-Haul to advise that I HAD turned in the truck) but it all worked out.

Very good customer service. The gentleman who helped me was very courteous, made sure I had everything I needed, and got me out of there quickly. The truck smelled a bit of cigarettes and I noticed Cheerios around the seat and other bits of trash around the cabin. I would still use this location again

The location was easy enough to find and check out staff were friendly when I arrived in the morning however when I went to return my uhaul in the evening I asked the clerk if he wanted to check the rental. He said no he would check it and close out my ticket when he was free. I returned the van and keys to him and I returned it with a FULL tank of fuel. Thirty minutes after they had closed I received my receipt via email and I was charged for fuel twice over, so a rental charge of what should have been no more than about $60 dollars was almost TRIPLE that amount. I have emailed the shop but I am also making you aware here that if these charges are not reversed I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company as well as a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

Drove the truck only 15 miles. Filled the truck up with gas to full and was still charged an extra $35 for fuel. This place is a scam.

Vacuum out the inside of cabin, wipe down plastic parts where you put your belongings, I thought the 10’ came with a ramp but it does not or was not with unit when rented so we had to lift heavy furniture, not recommend for older women. It’s small 15’ of above is better for $10 more. Also on Friday and Saturday you pay .99 per mile not .79 like Sunday thru Thursday and I think uhaul should change this policy. Other than that the store owner was very pleasant and very easy to pick up and return. Just take pictures of going out miles and return miles and tank is full and you’ll be all set. They send you a final email with the actual charges. Thank you
